PRE/POST NATAL SUPPORT

At Beyond Birth Collective, we provide mothers and expectant families with emotional, physical and mental support. As a Birthkeeper, I live, breathe and walk positive and empowering births to assist you in achieving yours. 

These pre natal visits (in the comfort of your home), will run for approximately 2-3 hours. Each visit will differ depending on your goals, ambitions and birthing ideals/questions. These visits aim to strengthen and boost the mothers confidence surrounding labour/birth and help the family achieve the best desired outcome.

These pre natal visits can include, but are not limited too:

Birth Planning

Attending your antenatal appointments

Discussing and practising labour/birthing positions

Breathing techniques

Birth Education

Pregnancy, labour and birth management techniques

Partner support and preparation

As a Postpartum Birthkeeper I also offer the option of supporting you and your family after birth. Helping you and your loved ones transition and settle in to your new and improved life in a happy, safe and sacred way.

The postpartum visits can include, but are not limited to:

Birth Debrief

Support and help with day to day tasks (household, self or baby related)

Postpartum Emotional Support

Assistance with general parenting ie sleeping, settling etc

Breastfeeding Support

Family support

Helping you and your family engage in social and local support/activities
