These visits can be purchased individually or as apart of a birth support bundle. Some people want or need the support pre-natally and do not require the birth/labour support

Birth Plan writing and education, can be done with me virtually, face to face or over the phone. We will discuss your birthing options and write a plan that suits the birth mother and father/support team. This can take 1.5-3 hours depending on what you want. You will receive a plan that covers your options and lists your wants and needs.

Birth De-Briefing can be a great way to unravel your journey and unpack the pieces to begin to heal and transition into your new world after birth.
Birth de-briefing may be a one off session with me or a series of multiple sessions - depending on your story.
