THE PROCESS

A deposit is required to reserve your service. Once the deposit is received, we will finalise your booking and provide a welcome pack with detailed instructions for placenta storage, collection and our process.

Remaining balance is required by 36 weeks gestation.

Notify your healthcare providers of your decision to encapsulate your placenta. It is good to make them aware so they can support you appropriately and accordingly postbirth.

After your baby arrives, safely store you placenta in a clean, sealed container or double-bag it and place on ice in an insulated cooler. Follow our storage guidelines for optimal freshness until collection

We will arrange to collect your placenta at your birthing location within 12-24 hours after delivery. A travel fee may apply for locations outside of our service area.

Your placenta will be carefully prepared using your chosen method in our dedicated, hygienic workspace. If you have ordered add ons like tinctures, prints or keepsakes, they will also be lovingly created at this time.

Your placenta capsules and any additional keepsakes/add ons will be delivered to your doorstep, express posted or made available for pick up within 48-72 hours of collection. Along with your items, you'll receive usage guidelines to ensure you get the most benefit from your products.
